Toy Researches / Central Anatolia - Kaman Kalehöyük Museum

Excavation conducted by Dr.Sachihiro Omura since 1986 in Kaman, a town famous for walnut in Kırşehir, is conducted on behalf of the Japan Middle East Cultural Center and Japan's Anatolian Archaeological Institute. The artefacts recovered during the archaeological excavations are exhibited at the Kaman-Kalehöyük Archaeological Museum, which was donated as part of the Japanese Government's "Cultural Heritage Conservation Project". Exhibited archeological artefacts include the ankle bones known to be used in games and the leg of a terracotta baby.
