Anatolian People’s Toys Exhibition / China – Beijing

The “Anatolian People’s Toys Exhibition” was organized by the Cultural Research Foundation in the context of the 21st Annual International Book Fair Honorary Guest Turkey event held in Beijing between 27-31 August 2014. It is aimed to introduce the less known handmade toys of Anatolia. Curated by CRF Toy Research Program Coordinator Ceren Göğüş’ün exhibited 170 pieces of toy consisting of wooden cars and agricultural tools, dolls, spinning tops, historical Eyüp Toys and terracotta whistles compiled from different regions. The exhibition catalog prepared by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, prepared in Chinese and English, has been distributed to interested parties within the scope of the event.
