Anchovy Culture / Promotion Event / Ankara

The event, organized in cooperation with the CRF and the Turkish – American Association, explains the natural and cultural structure of the Black Sea Region, traditional cuisine features and anchovy culture. In the program, multivision presentation are made, Black Sea folk dances are shown, and regional cuisine was included in the tasting of local dishes.
