Intangible Cultural Heritage and “Keşkek”/ Promotion Program / Ankara
The event is held with the cooperation of Cultural Research Foundation and the Turkish – American Association. The program prepared for the promotion of İzmir cuisine and mutton dish culture was realized at the center of Turkish – American Association. In the program, the cultural structure of İzmir, traditional cuisine features, mutton dish and UNESCO themes have been processed. Multivision presentation in the program, Zeybek folk dances, original cuisine and regional traditions are shared.
