World Game Playing Day / Marmara University / Istanbul

Marmara University Atatürk Education Faculty held an International Symposium on “Outdoor Games and Playgrounds” in Istanbul on 17-18 May 2012 within the scope of “III World Game Playing Day in Turkey”. In event, the “meydan toys” that came up from the Ottoman period to a large geographical area and set up on special occasions were introduced and supported with historical information and visuals by Ceren Göğüş who Coordinator of Cultural Research Foundation Toy Researches.

KAV Activities; field surveys, exhibitions, shows, publications and promotional activities, information meetings on UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Convention, workshop studies, meetings and other studies.
