Produced by traditional methods, the evil eye bead (nazar boncuğu), which is produced by using a few simple hand tools, has become an object of interest in every period in Turkey. There is a wide range of uses in our country, depending on the meaning of protection from the evil eye bead which keeps its spread throughout the country. It is mostly made of glass in blue and white colors. The traditional production of evil’s eye bead is now being made in Nazarköy- Kemalpasa. Research, documentation and documentary film work are carried out.
