“Hamsi Kurban O Göze” / Book Publishing

It is a study on the investigation of traditional fisheries and culinary traditions in the North of Turkey (Black Sea Region). It includes research on traditional anchovy culture carried out by the CRF together with information and documentation on anchovy cultures’ historical process and their location in the ecosystem. The book ‘Hamsi Kurban O Göze’ was published by Cultural Research Foundation and published by Heyamola Publishing House. (2008) . The authors of the book are Nihal Kadıoğlu Çevik (CRF Culinary Culture Program Coordinator), Kudret Emiroğlu (Author and Translator) and Prof.Dr.Cemal Saydam (Hacettepe University Environmental Engineering Department).
