Toy Researches / Central Anatolia – Aksaray

Aksaray and the region are located in a geographical area that includes old settlements going to the Early Bronze Age (3000-2000 BC). The works found in many archaeological excavations that shed light on the history of humanity such as Acemhöyük, where objects from Aşıklı Mound and Assyrian Trade Columns are excavated. Now there are exhibited in Aksaray Archeology Museum. A large number of children’s games and toy tables from various periods of the museum are compared with today’s folkloric toys.
