Fish varieties and seafood are the first foods that come to mind in the culinary traditions of Özbek village which is located in the province of Urla, Izmir. One of the symbolic dishes is “keşkek” this village. Build according to the tradition transmitted from the past to the present day, “keşkek” has gradually established the foundation for this village to turn into a gastronomic route. Şerife Kublay is a local cook that continues to cook meals such as snail dish that are no longer made at homes. It has been compiled within the scope of the role of the village culinary traditions in the future.
