İzmir “Pastart Festival” (27-29 September 2019)
The cake and dessert festival held in Kulturpark, brought together kitchen historians with local and foreign pastry chefs. The first day of the activities, where the adventure of pastry and confectionery were told, took place at İsmet İnönü Culture Center and the following days at İzmir Sanat. Cultural Research Foundation Culinary Program Coordinator Nihal Kadıoğlu Çevik talked about “Desserts Unknowing with Examples from Local Cuisine” at the festival.
