Journey of Boyoz and Keşkek in the Mediterranean, Conference

The “Journey of Boyoz and Keşkek in the Mediterranean” conference organized by Izmir Mediterranean Academy of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality was held on 25 May 2019 Saturday in Izmir Sanat Kulturpark. At the conference, the Cultural Research Foundation Culinary Culture Program Coordinator Nihal Kadıoğlu Çevik made a presentation titled “Keşkek Ritual as a World Heritage” and Collector-Researcher Nejat Yentürk “Katmeri of Andalusia, Pastry of Izmir: Boyoz”.
