Project Description
The project was carried out by the European Union during the period 2006-2007 within the framework of UNESCO – cultural rights protection / support program referred to by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Within the scope of the study, researches were conducted on Ardanuç, Şavşat, Borçka, Murgul districts and villages where Georgian-speaking families and culinary culture were studied. As project outputs, Turkish and Georgian “Georgian Cuisine” book was published together with the DVD.
